The Looks
HAIR: Black
EYES: Crimson Red
HEIGHT: 135lb.
WEIGHT: 6'1
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: He has many tattoos, such as a star on his hip, one running down his ribs that says “We will never stop screaming, we are going back to the roots,” one on the back of his neck, a yin and yang, and one on his forearm, that says “freedom”. He also has an eyebrow and tongue piercing.
OVERALL APPEARANCE: He’s skinny, he weights about 110 pound. He wears makeup a lot, the smokey eyes is something that he is usually seen wearing. He knows he’s inhuman, but still, he never is afraid to stand out, it's not that he isn't afarid of attention, but usually, he doesn't care- he dresses as he wants because it's a form of expressing who he is as a 'person'. He wears tight black clothes; usually they are expensive; like boots, chokers, and skinny jeans. His face is angular, full lips, almond shaped eyes, a nose that goes well with his complexion; he also has a tongue stud and a pierced eyebrow. He carries himself with a lot of grace, that is, until he does something physical, his lanky limbs prevent him from looking smooth there, but since he turning into the second world, there's nothing he does that is ungraceful, his long legs carry him wherever he wanted as fast as he wants to be there. Under his lip he has a mole, a birthmark he had since he was a kid.

The Personality
STRENGTHS:
Temperance- He is the kid who has everything to hide. Everything he ever does is a big secret. There are moments in time when it seems that something bothers him, or he's worried, or scared, or uneasy. For most people- its hard to keep that feeling inside, like moments where people talk about living forever or something (anything) that hits close to home, he tends to always flinch away from the subject. So in doing so, he created this air around him, his moves are hard to understand, his words aren't easy to predict, and the way he acts doesn't ever show what he's feeling inside. He won't let emotions become a weakness- which makes him stronger because he won't get hurt easily. It's also linked with his apathy to get involved with anyone particularly a human.
Sensitive- He was human once, he does remember feelings about little things like love and hate. Though he separates himself from it- the more he tries to be alone- the more he's open and vulnerable. It's hard to see because he won't admit to it- but it's always there, a nagging feeling in the back of his head. He's not open, and at times, he just doesn't really care.
Smart- He’s careful at what he does. Each of his moves is planned out, thought through and carefully reviewed before he does something. His mind is quick to move, quick to come to a conclusion, as he became a vampire, during chess he can think of over hundreds of possible moves in a few seconds, and his knack is usually in his ability to pick and make the right decision.
WEAKNESSES:
Trust- Trust is a big issue for him. He has a hard time giving faith on something, especially since life never exactly made him smile much. So it takes a long time for him to be able to open up to someone. Most of the time- he won't open up at all. He's a vampire, determined to walk alone, by himself. He doesn't need help, vampires can only remain true for so long and humans can only live for so long before the roles become reversed. Why would he become so open just so he would have to clean up the mess when, at the end of the day, all good things come to an end?
Patience- That's a rather big problem. He doesn't have any at all. And to think that after living for about a hundred years he would be able to sit still and wait- on yes- he can be still, so still that people wonder if he's a statue. But for how long? And hour- two at the most. He hates lines and often sends someone to do an errand for him. The amount of time can only pass for so long before he gets frustrated enough. He refused to wait for love to come to him- so he's sure as hell refuse to wait in a line because some lady was emptying her purse looking for the exact change.
Greed- Like everyone in the world- it's impossible to not be greedy. Everyone wants something, and most would even admit to themselves that they would do anything to get what they would- no matter what gets in their way. For Bill, he's rather greedy- but what sets him differently is that his inability to get what he wants- because he believed everything he does is a failure. He couldn't make his family happy, he couldn't support the girl he loves, and he couldn't support himself until almost eighty years later. He's a dreamer- a big one- but there is a wall stopping himself from getting to the other side, and it's fear. Fear that everything would go wrong.
FEARS:
Failure. Bill has always held on an idea that he can't be what he wants to be- he can't change what fate had in store for him. He has an idea that some people are born lucky, others have to struggle to be happy, and some are just meant to do things wrong- yin and yang, it balances out the world. And he really wants to be normal, as normal as a vampire can get- join a coven, find a mate, and live out forever until he is destroyed. But he never thought about what he could do to get there- he believes that no matter what happens, he can't be normal, he doesn't understand commitment, and he's lost hope to believe in something as empty, fragile, and weak as love.
SECRETS:
Everything he is a secret, his family, his history, his animalistic nature and even this thirst for blood. (What more do you want from me?!)
OVERALL PERSONALITY:
Bill is that kid people see all the time. It's hard to miss him. He either looks like a being that no one had never seen before, or an extremely pretty ass girl with truly no flaws. He never talks to anyone, he always doing something, people see him all the time, and yet there is something dangerous about him when they come near him. He looks into everyone's eyes, and for a second- a mix feeling of hatred, sadness, pain, loss in his brown orbs can be seen before- like a candle- it flickers and dies out, leaving only a blank tare. He never utters a word as he turns away and keeps going. He's just another kid that everyone never thinks of talking to, but often he pops into someone's head and many would think: what's his story? He doesn't speak much a few years ago when he attended high school. He spoke when he was called on, but mostly student would see him all the way in the back, literally surrounded by the dark shadows, cast over his dominate features. He never utters a word when the bell rings- he doesn't look at anyone but a black bound notebook through the whole class. There are times he walks down a hallway during lunch tossing a red apple in his hand, but mostly during lunch he's in the art room or the music room. In his hands- there's always something, origami, a guitar pick, clay, a pen or pencil. He's doesn't join any sports, and no one thinks he can because he's so androgynous.
In his free time, he's only out at nights- drinking at the bar but never dancing; kissing a girl somewhere, but never dating, driving around in a BMW but has nowhere to go. No one knows about him except a few people, but other then that he doesn't have many friends. No knows what his house looks like, and it seems like he prefers to hang out with strangers for the night rather then with close, loyal friends who just want to understand why it seems like he's hiding something big. But no one does anything because he's spotless, no scars, and bruises; so they assume- he's just another emo kid with nothing better to do.
He's a little obsessive, work is away done in a timely manner and he's a neat freak. Everything has a place, and no one is allowed to touch it without his permission. By the same token, no one can touch, talk, or look at him without him knowing. He, even though it looks like he's oblivious, always seem to know everything without even trying. To humans- he seems to be a sponge, always soaking in every bit of information unintentionally. He graduated valedictorian.

The History
DATE OF BIRTH: September 23, 1901
PLACE OF BIRTH: Leipzig, Germany
CURRENT HOME: Port Angeles
IMPORTANT PEOPLE: None
FULL LENGTH HISTORY:
Bill had never had a peaceful upbringing. Growing up in a society where a family's status will run forever down the generations. Lucky for Bill, he was born in a very high class; he was rich, happy, and people looked up to him. Though touch cookies for him, it was all he got. People expected him to do many things that he wasn't even sure he could do, and his parents wanted him to be a good child, well mannered, nicely dressed, and handsome enough to catch another family's eye, where he would then have to marry someone else for money rather then love. It was it difficult for young Wilhelm to fit in, since he was a child whose upbringing was happy, he was carefree, open, and never was the type to hold back on what he wanted to say. He wasn't the type to change because someone expected it from him- he wanted to be who he was, he wanted to be different then just be a part of tradition that would last the rest of his life. He was what most people would call a dreamer and would be willing to do as he wanted to get it. He was outright with his ideas, and would be quick to defend them to the people who says something wrong or judges him because of his ideas. They say that he was going to be the black sheep, the outcast. He liked his hair long, he liked wearing some makeup, and most people at first thought he was going to be a gay boy, and most shunned his family- and his parents turned to the idea that Bill brought shame on them.
But that wasn't where it ended. Bill never seemed to be interested in dating whatsoever, let alone courting someone for the rest of his life, repeatedly, despite his family setting him up with many girls at dinner, he never gave them a second thought before he turned them away, merely saying farewell at the door before departing up to his room for the night. Mostly of his human life was spent in his room, where he wrote music and drew pictures. He mostly did his best of avoid his family, knowing that a lecture would just ensue if he saw them. And more then anything, it created a rift between the family that was only covered up for the sake of the neighbors- but never fixed. At first, they thought that Bill might have liked boys, and they eventually get mad, and gave him a choice, either marry a girl, or he would be disowned. The choices were limited, Bill had no family who would be willing to take him in, and already a family had their eyes set on wedding him to their daughter. He agreed- but that changed his life- he no longer really spoke to his parents unless he had, and more then ever he seek refuge in his bedroom.
The girl- Rochelle was her name- was a pretty young thing, she had an angular face, full lips, blonde hair, and beautiful light blue eyes that completely enchanted him at first site. However, dinner that night was cold, they didn't speak much, and their parents did most of the talking, expressing their child's side in hopes of impressing the latter. Later, just before the night ended and the family went home, Rochelle expressed her hate to get married, just like him, they made it clear that they weren't ready for marriage, and it would be best of they tried to postpone it as long as possible. For Bill, it was one of the most important event in his life- she didn't force him into anything, no commitment, at least not yet- and it gave him a shadow of freedom- she didn't pressure him, and though they frequently walked and spend time together- they had their parent's approval, so they didn't get pressured either.
But like any other girl, the more she spent time with Bill, the more that she realized that she had feelings for him- and even Bill felt that there was something there for her, but at the same time, he was faced with a delay problem. There was a girl, not much older then him, that lived down the street. She was perfect- black hair that shined in the night- skin so pale it almost made her seem unhealthy if it weren't for the beautiful curves of her body and straighten posture of her movements to prove him wrong. She didn't have a name- maybe she did, but she never told Bill. But every time he looked into her golden eyes- pain, sorrow, hated seemed to glow, and the feelings pierced his soul, so deep that he had an overwhelming feeling for her- curiously, love, interest. And when Rochelle confronted him about getting ready for him to ask her, he felt despair weigh down on him. He didn't want to marry. He never did- it was something no one understood, he was sixteen! He refused to get married, but again- he didn't have an option. And sadly, he had to go through with his promise, asking her to marry him the next night the two families had dinner together.
It wasn't news that he was proud of. When he visited the neighbor again- she was furious. She was more then furious- it was clear to anyone that she wanted Bill for herself, the only person who didn't know what was him. Unable to promise that he would return, he stopped seeing her, and eventually the house became empty, rumors has it that the beauty who lived inside just up and left in the middle of the night of Bill's wedding.
Three years later, Bill was still preparing to get married. Because of his conflict with the neighbor, he never realized how much he and his wife had in common. They had a tattoo in yin and yang as a symbol of love for each other- Bill's was on his neck and hers was on her left shoulder. Yin yang, push pull, the light was trying to pull darkness out, without love there wasn't hate, without her, there wouldn't be a Bill. He was eighteen, and things had gotten serious, his family now demanded that he should have a child as soon as possible. And once more, he felt the pressure of being asked too much.
On the night before the wedding, Bill felt the need to talk a walk, having got cold feet and he needed to get some air, despite he was still wearing the outfit he was going to be donning for the wedding. It felt his airways constrict and his lungs close at the thought of them being committed forever. He still wasn't sure if he was ready for it.
Lucky- he always worried about it- and yet on the day of the wedding, he never attended it.
On his walk, he found her- that girl, the pretty girl who he used to rendezvous with. At one point- it started off as a talk, and she seemed a little tense. Every time he asked her if she was alright- she always blew it off. Her eyes seemed to glow with an intense red- and it wasn't until Bill had put his hand on her shoulder in an attempt to comfort her did she attack him. Why? He had asked her later on. She would always say that she loved him, and wanted him for her selfish need.
Ridden by pain and bedridden for three days, she changed him out of his wedding clothes (which was all bloody anyways) and gave him a new, even more expensive outfit. She cunningly put his bloody ones on his bed back home for his parents to see. Sadly- it was never the same in the Schwartz household. His mother, in denial would wait by the window, wasting away in an effort to see her son's return, his father would drink himself into a stupor, having no heart to go and look for him. Five years later, they buried an empty casket.
And his to-be wife? She never gave up, she waited for him. She refused to marry anyone else. But Bill had shown up to her door on last time, saying that he couldn't stay, and they can't be together. She was the only one who knew Bill's secret. They kept in touch by mail, he had kept all of hers in a small journal and he was by her side when she had grown ill and was on her deathbed. He stayed around in Germany all his life until she died. It wasn't until after that moment did he become a nomad, settling somewhere for a few years, making a ton of cash, and leaving again.
in 2008, he moved to Port Angeles, and is there seen there now- he is aware that his nephew resides there, and secretly, Bill has been watching the boy with some interesting where he is going to go in life- but they haven't met yet, and he doesn't plan to anytime soon.
